Casa Pueblo: A Strategic Design Proposal

Our proposal aims to seamlessly integrate multiple programs within the Casa Pueblo framework. To achieve this, we conducted a thorough analysis of the Casa Pueblo site, identifying key elements for utilization. The design strategy involved reimagining the existing structure, adopting the original house typology in an L-shape. This innovative approach allowed for the annexation of a new building to accommodate the various programs seamlessly.

The proposal prioritizes and respects the crucial axes identified during our site analyses. A defining strategy in shaping the overall volumetry is the creation of a harmonious relationship with each front-facing facade. This strategic approach ensures a cohesive and balanced architectural design, aligning with the identified site elements and enhancing the overall functionality of Casa Pueblo.
